Robert Gillespie

  • Bob Gillespie is the founder and President of Gillespie Search since its inception in 1984. Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Bernard Baruch College, New York, and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from Long Island University, New York. His previous corporate positions include Manager and Director roles with the Grafton Division of Exxon Enterprises, the American Management Association and Timex Corporation.

Karen Gillespie

  • Karen Gillespie is the Vice President of Gillespie Search and has been with our firm since 1986. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts from Binghamton University, New York, and a Masters in Library and Information Science from Queens College, City University of New York. Her previous corporate experience includes positions in Marketing and Information Management with the American Management Association, Pannell Kerr Foster Management Consulting and Arthur Young & Company.

All resumes and follow up discussions with candidates are held in strict confidence to protect your privacy. Candidates are always contacted to discuss a potential opportunity that may match their background, and their resume is only submitted to a client upon
their approval. Once an interview is scheduled between a client and a candidate, we work closely with both the candidate and the client throughout the entire interviewing process, providing advice and guidance along the way.
